For those of you that don't know - I grew up in Annandale, Virginia as the youngest of 6 kids. After surviving that ordeal (jk)....I earned a BS degree in Marketing Management from George Mason Unversity. I then spent 10 years not specifically using that degree - in various aspects of film & television. Most recently I was in the Production department of the Travel Channel (part of Discovery Communications)....working on shows like World's Best Beaches (you might be able to actually see me in the 1st episode if you look hard enough) and World's Best Bathrooms.  : )   I then had an epiphany of sorts a few years back and decided to change direction and follow my passion. I went back to school for Graphic Design (loving every minute of it) ...and in May I received two additional AAS degrees in Communication Design (Interactive & Print). This Fall I have a part time work-study lined up at Pyramid Atlantic Art Center and will be keeping my eyes open for potential job prospects and freelance opportunities. Have any good leads? ; )

In any case, when I'm not designing something or working at the music hall The Birchmere, you can find me at my new place in the charming "artist's community" of Del Ray Alexandria, cruising in my MINI Cooper, taking photographs, cooking, traveling, or attempting to surf down in the Outer Banks.
